Jacob the service representative was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and understanding about my concerns. I understand that any decisions to be made had to come from the service supervisor. Although the service supervisor did not address my issue directly, Jacob informed me of his supervisor’s decision, and he did so diplomaticly. Jacob is an asset to Pine Belt. Jacob went through every step necessary to keep my Subaru running flawlessly. Because of Jacob I will continue to service my vehicle at Pine Belt. I cannot say the same of Jacob’s supervisor. I intend to address my concerns with Subaru’s customer service department. But for Jacob I would be of the mind to trade my Legacy in for a Genesis.

The service adviser, Kayli, was very welcoming and listened with empathy while I described the issue with the battery and the dashboard icons. She was also very aware of my time crunch and made sure that the work items were finished in time. Highly recommended.
