Me and my wife decided for the first time leasing a car. Our professional sales rep was Abigail very professional and very good at explaining to my wife the difference between leasing and financing. Abigail was proficient and fast with the process. We have a 3 year old son who has no patience and very wild playing all over the dealerships. Nicole who's the manager help us alot dealing with my 3 year giving him crayons and coloring papers. I made an appointment for my service and it was not noted since it was AI generated which I didn’t know. I had a very long wait period. Also on papers given to me even my date of purchase was incorrect. I was told a wheel alignment is recommended at 12,000 miles. Recommended and needed are two different things. So which one is it since I have not notice anything shifting and this is not my first car. I’m doing this survey to see if it really matters or just a waste of time!

I was at pine belt subaru today and met the service advisor Thomas for a p420 code on my 2020 subaru STI. He was very understanding and kind as several other dealerships like lesterglenn subaru in toms river or coiccia in egg harbor would either joyride or not fix the vehicle to specification. I would reccommend him and the service there as others in the area are unsatiafactory

I came by for a basic service. Oil change and tire rotation. I previously worked in auto sale, what a positive experience coming to Pinebelt. A completely modern facility with pleasant employees.

I went to Pine Belt Subaru for an oil change, a rear differential drain and fill. While there I was told I should replace the drive belt. I agreed to that because the last time I had been under the hood I noted it was badly cracked. Anyway the service advisor, Rebeca, made the visit totally enjoyable. While waiting for my 2018 Outback, I observed her speaking to the other customers about their vehicles. She is a true professional in customer service and I recommend her highly. She’s a keeper!

Pine Belt is hands down the best dealership! I was very fortunate years ago to meet their General Manager Michael G. Marquand when he was in sales in Subaru @ Tinton Falls. Prior to that I walked out of probably 5 Subaru dealerships throughout NJ.
I felt from on onset of our meeting he was willing to meet me where I was financially. Years later when the lease was up I was unable to locate him as he was no longer @ that dealership.
Another stroke of luck & I found him @ Pine Belt where he was now GM.

OVER PRICED SERVICE!
$800+ for AC service consisting of 2 O rings and a pound of AC juice!
Local mechanic said shouldn't have cost more than $350 w/labor!
Brake light was out, quote was $85 for the bulb and to remove 2 screws to get to it. AutoZone $12 for a 2 pack and took me less than 5 minutes to swap.
Few other items as well that were so over priced I just dont have the words for!
I am so done with this place!
Next time I'm going to Circle Subaru or Lester Glenn!

From the minute, I called pulled in the drive-through. The lot attendant was awesome and very attentive. My Service writer Tom kept me informed and was on top of keeping me updated unfortunately, I needed a loaner car, but they had one on site & were able to get me into a car that day! I even forgot my block for my charger in the loaner car and Belle from the rental department called me & kept it aside until I was able to get it! Great service all around!!!

My car was in for service getting new key fobs. It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs because you can't just go get a key made. I'm glad subaru made the experience pleasant. The price and lengthy time for the coding was not pleasant, but Thomas in service kept me in the loop and eased my concerns. I would recommend this dealership for all your needs.

Subaru is the best vehicle we have purchased dependent strong and the top safeties vehicle out there
Purchased new 2026 subaru outback xt with 9 miles, paid extra for MySubaru app for remote start,lock and other goodies. It has not fully worked from day one. Now the hands free drivers assistant doe's not fully work. Spent more then eight t hours at dealer ship with no luck. I'm told every thing is up to date an there is nothing more they can do.
Service appointments are seen on time. Inspection is thorough and shared prior to work being done. Car always returned clean and ready to go!
