Pinebelt service. Is excellent for instance I had a prior engagement and needed to had get it done quickly the service manager Rebecca accommodated my needs and got me taken care of asap I’ve been getting my WRX serviced there since I purchased it not at ALL AMERICAN SUBARU ( the worst)
Jacob and the service staff at Subaru were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though they were not able to diagnose what happened with my car the previous week (thought maybe it was a problem with the TCV valve), they did a thorough check and documented everything in case the problem should reoccur.
My time at Pine Belt Subaru to purchase my new 2026 Subaru Forester Sport went smoothly and everyone was very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend going to Pine Belt Subaru is you want to purchase a new vehicle!!

My experience with Pine Belt Subaru was awesome! I was looking for a Crosstrek with a specific color and options package. That specific car was no where to be found. The salesperson, Geo worked endlessly to try and get a hold of one. Lo and behold, his hard work paid off. After about a week, he got me the exact car I was looking for. I love my new Subaru Crosstrek! Thank you Geo!

I can’t say enough about my recent experience with Pinebelt Subaru service department. I have dealt with them for many years and they have always been excellent. This recent occasion was absolutely outstanding due to the fact I was dealing with Thomas Patanio. I have known him for many years serving my Subaru cars at Pinebelt. He’s an excellent representative of true customer service.
Service was very good. Waited a bit long due to a small difficulty, then they said they felt it wasn't a necessary service. We left with some info, a car fax. and didnt have to spend any money. Sooo great.
We have been bringing our 2020 Outback to Pinebelt Belt Subaru for about 3 years now. This is a top notch dealer. Very professional, efficient, clean, honest and nice. Our next car will certainly be purchased from this dealer.
Thomas Patanio is the Service Writer that we usually work with. He communicates very well and gets our problems resolved quickly.He is great! We have never had a negative interaction with anyone at this dealership. Their techs are top notch. Love the video they send explaining the car’s issue and what they will do to fix all problems.

Have been servicing our Subarus at Pine Belt for a number of years. New, bright, super clean facility. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. I don’t feel as if they pressure for optional work - they perform scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs efficiently. And they offer a complimentary car wash as well as an overall vehicle check and fluid topoff.
Jen was excellent, provided me with all I needed. She was informative, efficient and worked quickly to finish the purchase of the vehicle. Also very nice, Subaru should be happy to have her

Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood is a very nice location and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but their prices for car services can be pretty high compared to other places.

Oil change.
Today I stopped in for an oil change. Even though I didn’t have a prescheduled appointment, Jacob was able to get my car in right away. I needed to schedule an additional appointment for a recall inspection + tire rotation, and Jacob was able to make that happen today too, so that I didn’t have to come back an additional time. I stopped by Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood yesterday to get my car washed and pick up my title. When speaking with Thomas I mentioned I thought I had a recall on my car. Thomas looked it up. Got everything set up so the recall was taken care of car washed and on my way within 45 minutes couldn’t ask for better service. Thomas was great to work with keep me up updated and very pleasant.
